Senior-led assurance for firms where the stakes are high
We provide internal audit consulting, regulatory advisory, and interim cover to financial services firms that need experienced people, not managed teams.
Most audit and risk consultancies send you a team. The person you meet in the pitch is rarely the person doing the work.
At the audit hub, that does not happen. Every engagement is led by a senior practitioner with direct experience in your sector and your type of problem. We have worked inside financial services audit functions, managed Consent Orders, advised on regulatory remediation, and led audit transformations.
We know what boards expect, what regulators look for, and what actually moves the needle. If you need genuinely experienced people who can operate from day one, that is what we offer.

Regulatory pressure
You have an FCA finding, a Consent Order, or a skilled person review on the horizon. You need someone who has been through this process before, not someone reading the handbook for the first time.
Capacity gap
Your Head of Audit has left, or a key SME is unavailable. You cannot let audit coverage slip, and you do not have time for a six-month recruitment process. You need a senior interim within weeks.
Growing obligations
New duties are landing, Consumer Duty, ECCTA, ESG reporting, and your existing team does not have the specialist knowledge. You need someone who adds genuine value from day one, not someone who will spend the first month researching.
Nine specialist services. Senior practitioners throughout.
From core internal audit through to AI governance, third-party risk and data assurance. All work is senior-led, with no tiers of staffing between the person you speak to and the person doing the work.
Internal Audit
Audit consulting, co-sourcing, methodology development and function transformation. From a single thematic review to a full co-sourced audit programme.

Built by an auditor, for people who take audit seriously
I am Kyle McMullan. I have spent 25 years in senior financial services audit roles, as a practitioner, not an observer. I have managed audit functions, led regulatory remediation projects, worked through Consent Orders, and advised boards on some genuinely difficult problems.
I set up the audit hub because I kept seeing the same thing: firms being sent well-packaged consultancy teams where nobody in the room had actually done the job. Good slide decks. Thin experience.
The audit hub is built differently. Every engagement comes with direct senior involvement. We draw on a trusted network of experienced practitioners, people who have held the roles they are advising on.
